You can request the information I hold about you and you can choose for this data to be ‘forgotten’ however please be aware that in doing so I may not be able to deliver to perform the contract with you and may have to cancel the service you have ordered. Third Party and Publicly Available Sources: Analytics provides such as Google based outside the EU, and Aweber provides the ability to inform you through email newsletter, based outside the EU, Twitter, Facebook LinkedIn and YouTube – based inside and outside the EU, Calendly for online booking of my service outside of the EU, Stripe for contact, financial and transactional data outside the EU, Identity and contact data from publicly available sources such as Companies House and the Electoral Role Register based inside the EU.

Your data is held for as long as required for the purpose for collecting, and any legal, accounting and reporting requirements. Legally I have to keep basic information about customers which include contact, identify, financial and transactional data for 6 years after they cease being customers for tax purposes.
